Submission Guidelines

The manuscript should be formatted in IEEE style format. The camera-ready version for an accepted paper should not exceed 5 pages. Manuscripts that exceed 5 pages will incur mandatory over length page charges (maximum 2 extra pages).

Please note that double blind review process will be used. The manuscript should follow the following criteria:

The names and affiliations of authors should be removed from the title page.
Acknowledgments of identifying names and funding sources should be removed.
The accepted and presented papers are planned to be submitted to IEEExplore that will be indexed by Scopus. However, the committee does not guarantee that they will appear on IEEExplore or Scopus.

With a commitment to high academic standards, all accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed by Scopus, ensuring global visibility and recognition for the work presented.

No-Show Policy:
In case a paper is not presented at the conference, it shall be deemed a “no-show” and will be removed from the post-conference distribution and IEEExplore submission. The fees are not returned.

Set to take place from 1-2 December 2025, in Jakarta.
