Registration Information

This International Conference is designed for lecturers, researchers, students, and professionals from government institutions, universities, and industries, both domestic and international participants. Participants are invited to register and submit their papers for presentation. The standard registration fee includes:

Inclusion in the conference proceedings

PayPal – Secure online payment option available for international participants. Payment via PayPal ensures immediate confirmation of your registration. Please note: The PayPal account is under the name Panca Dewi Pamungkasari, who serves as the Chair of the Conference Organizing Committee. Important: Ensure that your registration and payment are completed prior to the conference deadline to secure your participation and inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Extra Paper Charges

Extra pages for paper submissions are subject to an additional charge of USD 25 per page, up to a maximum of 2 additional pages. Please include this payment along with your registration to avoid delays in processing your submission.

Notes / Important Information

Registration fees in IDR are applicable only for participants affiliated with Indonesian institutions, who are strongly encouraged to attend the conference physically.
Conference fees do not cover hotel accommodation, publication costs for extended papers (if applicable), or other personal expenses such as visa or travel costs.
All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or withdrawal.
Papers that are not presented during the conference (“no-show”) will not be included in the official proceedings, and no refund will be issued for such submissions under any circumstances.
Participants are responsible for ensuring timely payment and submission of all required documents to secure their place in the conference program and proceedings.
