From Big Data to Big Decisions: AI Co-Founder as Indonesia’s Innovation Engine

In the era of the digital economy, the speed at which decisions are made determines the competitive edge of an organization. Abundant data is no longer enough — what is needed is the ability to transform this data into decisions that are fast, precise, and impactful. This session discusses how the combination of Big Data, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLM) gives birth to a new concept: the AI Co-Founder.

An AI Co-Founder is not just a digital assistant, but a strategic partner capable of analyzing data on a large scale, predicting market opportunities, generating product ideas, and providing data-driven recommendations almost in real-time. With the support of technologies such as automated data pipelines, generative AI models, and AI agents, innovation can be created faster, cheaper, and more measurably.

This session is designed to offer a new perspective on how leaders, technology practitioners, and policymakers can leverage AI as a catalyst for innovation, not just an analytical tool.

Starting from Scratch: Concepts and Implementation of Building Agentic AI for Beginners

This session is designed to help participants understand the basic concepts and initial practices in building Agentic AI — artificial intelligence systems capable of making autonomous decisions, executing tasks without direct intervention, and adapting to given objectives.

Participants will be introduced to the foundational ideas behind agentic AI, from how agents operate, modular architecture, integration with Large Language Models (LLM), to techniques for connecting agents with various tools and workflows. In this session, participants will build an AI Agent using Flowise, a visual low-code/no-code builder used to create AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLM) and agentic workflows in an easy, intuitive, and fast manner.

This session is ideal for beginners who want to understand how agentic AI technology can be used for task automation, intelligent assistance, business optimization, and building AI prototypes that can work independently.

Guidelines ICETISI 2025

Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts following the IEEE Conference Paper format. Manuscripts should be between 4 to 6 pages in length. Research papers must address a specific technological problem and present a comprehensive solution, including experimental results.

Author Policy

All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to a thorough blind review process by at least three independent reviewers, who will assess the originality, technical quality, and relevance of the paper to the conference themes. Authors will receive notification of the review outcome via email according to the dates outlined in the Home section. It is important to note that acceptance of a paper does not guarantee publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library or indexing in Scopus, as these are dependent on meeting IEEE’s quality standards, including positive peer reviews, adherence to formatting guidelines, and successful presentation at the conference. Authors are advised to follow all submission guidelines meticulously to enhance the likelihood of their work being published and indexed.

Publications ICETISI 2025

The proceeding of the conference will be published in IEEExplore, a well-known Scopus-indexed database in the field of electrical, electronic, and computer engineering.

With a commitment to high academic standards, all accepted presented papers will be submitted in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library which is indexed by Scopus, ensuring global visibility and recognition for the work presented.

No-Show Policy:
In case a paper is not presented at the conference, it shall be deemed a “no-show” and will be removed from the post-conference distribution and IEEExplore submission. The fees are not returned.
